Charles R. Goulding
Charles R. Goulding is an Attorney / CPA, and President and founder of Energy Tax Savers, Inc. (ETSI). ETSI is an interdisciplinary tax and engineering firm. Previously, he was a Managing Director at Cooper Industries Inc., in Houston, Texas. Cooper has a multi-billion dollar lighting and electrical business. Before joining Cooper, Mr. Goulding was a vice president of Dover Corporation, a seven billion dollar sales NYSE diversified industrial manufacturer with a billion dollar HVAC business. Mr. Goulding has a law degree from Brooklyn Law School (Juris Doctor) and an MBA from Adelphi University. Mr. Goulding also participated in Pace University's Doctor of Business Administration Program.
His undergraduate degree is from the State University of New York at Stony Brook where he was a double major in Political Science and Economics. He spent his junior year abroad at the University of Copenhagen, Denmark.
Mr. Goulding is a former President of the New York Chapter of the Tax Executives Institute and is on the Advisory Board of the CCH publication Corporate Business Taxation Monthly. He has written articles for numerous publications including International Business, International Tax Journal, Building Operating Magazine, Euromoney, Taxation for Accountants, The Practical Accountant, The CPA Journal, Corporate Business Taxation Monthly, CCH Journal of Taxation of Global Transactions and Mergers & Acquisitions. Mr. Goulding has served as the Co-Chairman of the Taxation of Mergers and Acquisition conferences in Chicago, Houston, New York City, San Francisco and Paris, France. He recently chaired New York's solar investment conference.
Mr. Goulding successfully litigated in U.S. Tax Court the Dover Corporation case, the first check the box case, and the Pulsar International case on reasonable compensation. He is also the Deputy Mayor of the Village of Oyster Bay Cove, New York.
Jacob Goldman
Jacob Goldman LEED AP, EA is a Senior Engineer/Tax Consultant with Energy Tax Savers. He has a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Buffalo, an MBA from the University of Maine at Orono, a LEED AP and he is an Enrolled Agent, enrolled to practice before the IRS.
He is the co-author of numerous articles related to the Energy Policy Act of 2005. He is a nationally recognized speaker on the Energy Policy Act of 2005. He has presented to numerous corporations, architects, engineers, lawyers, accountants, utilities, contractors as well as the Buildings NY Conference, the West Coast Energy Management Congress (EMC), the United States Green Building Council (USGBC), the Institute of Real Estate Management(IREM), the Illumination Engineering Society (IESNA), the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE), the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE), the International Parking Institute (IPI), the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA), the Polyiso Manufacturers Association (PIMA) and at Congressman Steve Israel’s Town Hall Meeting.
Kenneth J. Wood
Kenneth graduated from Lynchburg College with a degree in Financial Economics and Political Science. Kenneth is a LEED AP and a member of his local council of the USGBC. He is Energy Tax Savers' account manager for, and has presented to numerous Fortune 50 companies, multiple large regional retail chains, several top regional Architecture and Engineering Firms and several large regional accounting firms.
Kenneth has co-authored several article’s on EPAct including: "New Efficient HVAC Drives Large Tax Deductions for Buildings", "The Tax Aspects of Major League Baseball’s Green Team Initiative" and "The Energy Tax Aspects of Restaurants for the Professional Tax Magazine," Corporate Taxation Monthly published by CCH. Kenneth also co-authored "More HVAC Projects Qualify for Federal Tax Deductions" for Facilities Management Magazine, Building Operating Management. Kenneth is an active participant on his town’s Renewable Energy Task Force. Kenneth’s most recent presentations include National Grid/NStar’s “Energy Efficiency: Portal to Profitability,” North Country Energy/NYPA’s “Saving Energy is Smart Business” and a two day regional lighting trade show held for ELA Lighting.
Raymond Kumar
Raymond Kumar, CPA is an Analyst with Energy Tax Savers and has been with firm since 2008. He is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed to practice in the State of New York. Raymond has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Adelphi University and is currently pursuing his MBA at the NYU's Stern School of Business. Raymond is an account manager for multiple Tier-1 ESCOs (Energy Service Companies), and many of the nation's leading architecture & engineering firms. In addition, he has presented to numerous CPA and Architecture firms on the Energy Policy Act.
Raymond has co-authored numerous articles on EPAct, including: "Large EPAct Energy Tax Deduction Opportunities for Commercial Heaters", "LED Parking Garage Lighting Installations Accelerate with EPAct Tax Savings", and "The Energy Tax Aspects of Car Dealerships", for the tax publication Corporate Business Taxation Monthly.
Christopher Winslow
Chris Winslow is a graduate from Fairfield University with a Bachelor of Science in Business. He works on both government designer projects and commercial projects including some of the nations leading retailers. He applies his financing background on the firm's expanding alternative energy practice including numerous solar projects. Chris has co-authored several articles on EPAct including: "The Full Circle of Solyndra PV Tax Incentives" and "The EPAct and Alternative Energy Tax Aspects of Wal-Mart's Supplier Sustainability Program".
Taylor Goulding
Taylor Goulding is Rice University senior and winner of the USGBC College Scholarship and the BP College Scholarship. She has researched and co-authored numerous tax articles related to building energy including "How LEED 2009 Expands EPAct Tax Saving Opportunities", "Tax Planning for the 21st Solar Century", and "Special Tax Savings Opportunities for Pharmaceutical and Biotech Campuses" among many others in Corporate Business Taxation Monthly and "EPAct Tax Deductions for Parking Garage Lighting Projects Gain Wider Use" in The Parking Professional.
Daniel Audette
Daniel Audette is an Electrical Engineer and Analyst with Energy Tax Savers. Daniel graduated from Hofstra University with a degree in Electrical Engineering and has been with the firm since 2010. He is Energy Tax Savers' project manager for multiple Architecture and Engineering firms, several large accounting firms, and several defense contractors.
Daniel has co-authored several articles on EPAct including: "The LED Lighting Tax Aspects of Restaurants", "The EPAct Tax Aspects of Resurging U.S. Manufacturing Investments", and "The EPAct Aspects of Hotel LED Lighting", for the tax publication Corporate Taxation Monthly.
Sweety Christian
Sweety Christian is an Electrical Engineering intern with Energy Tax Savers, Inc. Sweety is a graduate from Nirma University, in India, with a degree in Electrical Engineering. She is a senior at Hofstra University pursuing further education in Electrical Engineering. She works on both government designer projects and commercial projects for some of the nation's leading Architecture and Engineering firms.
Charles G. Goulding
Charles G. Goulding has worked with the firm since its founding in 2005. He has worked on numerous client accounts, developed the nation's first energy tax savings web-based calculator, forged marketing partnerships with a focus on the lighting industry, and authored numerous articles, including "Utility Tax Departments Take Center Stage," "The U.S. Warehouse Industry Tax Supported Conversion to Utility Status," and "The New Federal Solar Tax Credit's Major New Tax Benefits." He is a graduate of Middlebury College as well as Groton School, where Charles had obtained a Bachelor degree in Economics.
Jonathan Saltzman
Jonathan Saltzman is a Tax Analyst with Energy Tax Savers, Inc. Jonathan graduated from SUNY Geneseo with a BS in Business Administration. He has worked on many large residential and energy service company projects and has authored numerous articles including "Tax Opportunities For US Auto Facilities". Jonathan also maintains Energy Tax Savers web prescence.
Jennifer Pariante
Jennifer Pariante is an analyst with Energy Tax Savers, Inc. She has an undergraduate degree from Southern Connecticut State University and a master’s degree from Queens College. She has co-authored several articles including "The Energy Tax Aspects of Indiana Warehouses" and "Supermarkets Move Quickly to Capture Fuel Cell and LED Tax Incentives". She is responsible for prospecting potential clients and analyzing potential tax projects.

Seann Convey
Seann Convey is a senior at The Johns Hopkins University studying Materials Science and Engineering with a minor in Entrepreneurship and Management. He is the President of the Materials Research Society and has been conducting research in Organic Photovoltaic materials and devices. He is currently working as an engineering intern at Energy Tax Savers and responsible for designing our new website and assisting in tax savings assessments.
Spencer Marr
Spencer Marr is a rising third-year student at Brooklyn Law School, where he is focusing his studies on commercial real estate and environmental law. He studied Psychology at Tulane University, in New Orleans, where he graduated magna cum laude. Currently, he is a legal analyst with Energy Tax Savers, writing numerous articles regarding the implications of EPAct Section 179D, the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act, and local utility rebates on commercial properties in a variety of jurisdictions and market sectors. He also assists in the preparation of legal documents needed to advise Energy Tax Savers' clients.

Chris Zalesky is a rising sophomore at the University of Scranton where he is an Economics and Finance double major. He is currently working as an intern at Energy Tax Savers where he is responsible for prospecting potential clients and analyzing potential tax projects.
